Items will be added to your inventory in our system within 2 business days of delivery by the carrier.
For example:
If your package was delivered on Monday, we will have until Wednesday to receive it and make it available to you.
If your package was delivered on Friday, we will have until Tuesday to receive it and make it available to you.
Alll items must be added to our system (inbound) and to your inventory at amazon seller by the customer prior to arrival at our warehouse.
Item not in the system upon arrival will delay receipt.
If the item is not in the system, it will be left beside and you will receive a message from us.
